I lived in London for 22 years and always felt sympathy for the poor pigeons that roamed the streets, scavenging for food. When I moved to the countryside one of the first things I noticed were the plump, healthy and rather cheeky pigeons that populate my garden – very different from their London counterparts! So here’s my pigeon linocut that hopes to honour the pigeon in every form.
